Telephone Representative / Lead Generation - Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business owners to see if they are interested in obtaining government contracts.
  • Pre-qualify interested businesses, and set appointments for them to learn more.
  • Be able to make 120+ outbound calls each day.
  • Taking part in weekly training sessions to improve knowledge of industry
  • Being held to standards for production and making certain quotas are hit
  • Adding to a fun and exciting environment

  • Have strong communication skills. You will be talking to senior business executives (VPs, Partners, Presidents and CEOs)
  • 1 + years successful call center experience. B2B is a plus
  • Be able to make 120+ outbound calls each day
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Call center, Restaurant, Customer service background

Equipment necessary for the job
  • Computer or laptop with high-speed internet.
  • Computer headset and microphone to make calls over our virtual phone system.
  • Home office setup preferred.

Hours & Pay Structure
  • Two week training period:
    • $10.00/hour plus bonus and commission opportunities
    • Hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST
  • After training:
    • $14.00/hour plus bonus and commission opportunities
    • Full time hours available with flexible shift options
